Eight ounce Circle L ground Beef Patty seasoned and cooked to order topped with sautéed mushrooms, caramelized onions and aged cheddar cheese sauce on a butter grilled kaiser bun.

Served with Gold n Krisp chips.

Gnocchi Bolognese

A traditional full bodied meat sauce with Italian sausage and Circle L ground beef slow cooked in marinara sauce with heavy cream and a touch of sherry, tossed with Italian potato dumplings.  Finished under the broiler with melted mozzarella and Grana Padano cheese.to



Circle L Ribeye Newburg

10 oz Limousin ribeye hand cut and broiled to order, Smothered with a domestic shrimp and sherry cream sauce.  Sided with scalloped potatoes and green beans.



Chicken and Artichokes

Boneless breast of chicken pan seared and finished in the oven.  Topped with broiled parmesan garlic artichoke hearts, finished with a roasted tomato Alfredo sauce and served over roasted vegetables.
